The idea of success being some elusive thing that people search for intrigued me to embark on the journey of writing my current book ‘Serving Up Success’. I have this theory about success that I wanted to prove; that achieving success is really not that difficult. It’s a simple, calculated decision, following a chosen path with a defined outcome on a daily basis.

The example of that could be reading 10 pages of a book to learn a new skill which you need to be able to do, to be able complete a task. Things like practice, review, get a mentor and placing yourself in a positive forward thinking environment all glue the tasks together. So by interviewing really successful people and asking the right questions I was able to take a privileged sneak peek into their world and see how they continually put this process together day in day out.
